User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account

• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• One account per user; multiple accounts are not permitted

Premium Subscription

• Monthly: $4.99/month
• Annual: $49.99/year
• Unlimited idea analyses
• Advanced AI insights
• Detailed market analysis

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. You can cancel anytime through your App Store account settings.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Submit illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the service
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the service for any commercial purpose without permission
• Submit ideas that infringe on others' intellectual property

Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the ideas you submit to Viablr. We do not claim any ownership rights to your ideas. However, you grant us a limited license to process and analyze your ideas to provide our services.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Almanzor Cloud be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
